QueueBloom stores only the information needed to run your publishing workspace and support you. We do not sell personal information.

Information we process

When you sign in with Google, we receive your account identifier, name, and email address. We store your workspace settings, post copy, schedules, status history, and images you upload. Contact messages include the details you choose to send.

How it is used

We use this data to authenticate you, save your queue, make due posts ready, send optional handoff reminders, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and diagnose service errors.

Service providers

QueueBloom uses Google Firebase for authentication, database, and private file storage; Vercel for hosting and aggregate web analytics; Resend for transactional email; Upstash for distributed rate limiting when configured; and Sentry for errors-only monitoring. Those providers process limited information under their own terms.

Images and social networks

Uploaded images use long, unguessable links so they can be opened during a publishing handoff. Anyone with that link may view the image. QueueBloom does not currently send your content to social networks automatically; opening a composer takes you to that network, where its own privacy terms apply.

Retention and your choices

You can remove posts and their attached images inside the product. You can disable reminder emails in settings. To request a copy or deletion of your remaining account data, use the contact form. We retain necessary operational records only as long as reasonably required.

Security and changes

We use owner-scoped access, private storage, authentication, and rate limits, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
