Privacy

We keep only what we need to run your publishing workspace and help you. We do not sell personal information.

What we collect

Your account ID, name and email from sign-in; your workspace settings, posts, schedules, status history and uploaded images; and anything you send us through the contact form.

How we use it

To sign you in, save your queue, get due posts ready, send optional reminders, prevent abuse, answer support requests and fix errors.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of QueueBloom for us: sign-in, database and file storage, hosting, analytics, email delivery, rate limiting and error monitoring. They handle limited information under their own terms.

Images and social networks

Anyone with an uploaded image's link can view it, so it can be opened during a publishing handoff. We do not post to social networks for you. When you open a network's composer, that network's own privacy terms apply.

Your choices

You can delete posts and their images in the product and turn off reminder emails in settings. To get a copy of your data or delete the rest of it, use the contact form. We keep other records only as long as reasonably needed.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. If we make important changes, we will update this page and its date.
