The insights view reports drafts, scheduled, ready, and published from your own workspace, plus your channel mix. Nothing is estimated.
An audit trail per post
Every state change records the action, the person, and the timestamp, so you can answer what happened to a post weeks later.
Export and restore
Download the workspace as JSON and bring it back in batches. Restoring is idempotent, so re-importing the same file creates no duplicates.

When a post is due, QueueBloom emails you the copy, the image, and a link to each network's official composer. You mark it published once it is really live.
What QueueBloom does not do
A useful tool is easier to trust when its edges are written down. These limits apply before you sign in.
- QueueBloom does not post to X, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook for you. It prepares the post and opens each network's official composer so a person completes the delivery.
- A post is only marked published after you confirm it shipped, so the queue reflects what actually happened rather than what was planned.
- QueueBloom reports counts from your own workspace only. It never shows reach, impressions, or engagement, because those require approved network APIs that are not connected.
Questions about content calendar software
How is this different from a scheduler?
A scheduler promises to deliver the post to the network for you. QueueBloom does not make that promise, because the platform integrations required to keep it are not connected. It handles everything up to the handoff and then hands you a composer link.
Does QueueBloom publish to the networks automatically?
No. QueueBloom prepares the post, reminds you when it is due, and opens the official composer for each network. Automatic delivery needs approved OAuth applications from each platform, which are not connected, so the product never claims a post was published on its own.
Where is my work stored?
In your Google-authenticated QueueBloom account. Posts, settings, and uploaded images are scoped to you and load on any browser you sign in to. You can export the whole workspace as JSON from settings and restore it later.
