Sign in with Google and start
Your queue is tied to your Google account and saved to the cloud, so the calendar you built at your desk is the one that opens on your laptop.
The whole calendar, not a teaser
Weekly view, drafts, scheduling, reorder, reminder email, activity history, and channel previews are all included.
Your data stays yours
Export every post and setting as JSON from settings whenever you want, and restore that file back into the workspace later.
How the workflow works

Compose once
Write the post, pick X, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook, and watch the character counter follow the tightest limit you selected.
Place it in the week
Schedule the handoff, reorder what is coming up, and read the same plan as a queue or a weekly calendar in your workspace timezone.
Confirm what shipped
When a post is due, QueueBloom emails you the copy, the image, and a link to each network's official composer. You mark it published once it is really live.
What QueueBloom does not do
A useful tool is easier to trust when its edges are written down. These limits apply before you sign in.
- QueueBloom does not post to X, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook for you. It prepares the post and opens each network's official composer so a person completes the delivery.
- A post is only marked published after you confirm it shipped, so the queue reflects what actually happened rather than what was planned.
- QueueBloom reports counts from your own workspace only. It never shows reach, impressions, or engagement, because those require approved network APIs that are not connected.
Questions about free social media calendar
Is the free social media calendar limited in any way?
Not by a plan. The limits are product limits, and they are the same for everyone: QueueBloom does not publish to the networks for you, and it does not report reach or engagement. Everything it does build is available without paying.
Does QueueBloom publish to the networks automatically?
No. QueueBloom prepares the post, reminds you when it is due, and opens the official composer for each network. Automatic delivery needs approved OAuth applications from each platform, which are not connected, so the product never claims a post was published on its own.
Where is my work stored?
In your Google-authenticated QueueBloom account. Posts, settings, and uploaded images are scoped to you and load on any browser you sign in to. You can export the whole workspace as JSON from settings and restore it later.
