Move a day forward or back
Step through past and future weeks, jump back to today, and add a post straight into an empty day.
Reorder without retyping times
Move an upcoming post earlier or later and it swaps slots with its neighbour. Both posts record the change in their activity trail.
Published means published
A post stays scheduled until it is due, ready until you hand it off, and published only once you confirm it shipped.

Compose once
Write the post, pick X, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook, and watch the character counter follow the tightest limit you selected.
Place it in the week
Schedule the handoff, reorder what is coming up, and read the same plan as a queue or a weekly calendar in your workspace timezone.
Confirm what shipped
When a post is due, QueueBloom emails you the copy, the image, and a link to each network's official composer. You mark it published once it is really live.
What QueueBloom does not do
A useful tool is easier to trust when its edges are written down. These limits apply before you sign in.
- QueueBloom does not post to X, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook for you. It prepares the post and opens each network's official composer so a person completes the delivery.
- A post is only marked published after you confirm it shipped, so the queue reflects what actually happened rather than what was planned.
- QueueBloom reports counts from your own workspace only. It never shows reach, impressions, or engagement, because those require approved network APIs that are not connected.
Questions about social media content calendar
Can I see the calendar in my own timezone?
Yes. Set a workspace timezone in settings and both the calendar and the queue use it, so day boundaries and times agree even when you travel or work with a distributed team.
Does QueueBloom publish to the networks automatically?
No. QueueBloom prepares the post, reminds you when it is due, and opens the official composer for each network. Automatic delivery needs approved OAuth applications from each platform, which are not connected, so the product never claims a post was published on its own.
Where is my work stored?
In your Google-authenticated QueueBloom account. Posts, settings, and uploaded images are scoped to you and load on any browser you sign in to. You can export the whole workspace as JSON from settings and restore it later.
